Well, let's just be honest. I am loving facebook way better than blogging! However my lack of pictures is because I lost the cord to download pictures from my camera to the computer, but I found it, praise the Lord! Anyway, things are going good around here, Thanksgiving and Christmas were great. In December Sloan broke his elbow and had to have surgery and 3 pins to fix it, it was very severe. In January my Grandma moved out into her own place, so we were very sad about that. February went by fast too, I will post some pictures of our friends the MacDonalds visiting, it was so much fun! Soccer and baseball both started this week for the three biggest boys so who knows when I will posting pictures again:-) Hope all is well with all of you!

Hey all! Well I am finally posting about a few things happening. The fall fest was fun, the boys all had a blast like always. My Grandma is staying with us for awhile, and that has been so much fun!! The end of October also brought us a visitor that was an answer to prayer for Zach... more on that later. We celebrated our GL Cody's birthday, even though it is actually today (Happy Birthday Cody!). We also celebrated a bunch of the Nelson Clans birthdays ending with Rory's at Chuck E. Cheese's. My mom and I took the boys to the Woodland park zoo for Veterans Day, it was so fun. We are just trying to get settled into our new house and get into a good groove with school. But I will say that the last two days around here have been a miracle, Sloan decided that he finally wants to "do school" too!! He is four and a half, I have tried not to push him, but have let him decide when he was ready, now he is loving it. Praise the Lord! That is about it for now, I have been running a lot, at least forty mile weeks, and the big boys are going to run the Seattle Kids Marathon here in a couple of weeks. Zach is doing well at work and I think enjoying having a guy GL around (the cards are totally stacked against me!!) Grandma... you can't move out, you are my only hope against all the testosterone in this house.

Oh by the way...

Well, we moved! So we decided to list our house about midmonth in September and it sold full price in five days! That being said they also wanted to close by the end of the month... meaning we had to pack and box up everything, find a place to rent ASAP and move in about a 12 day period. It was totally the Lords faithfulness as we never would have moved unless he sold our house... which He did quite quickly. So He opened up a door for us to move right into a beautiful 3000+ square foot home, with lots of room for everyone (except Titus, it has a postage stamp back yard, yuk) but I have been running the poor dog faithfully, he put in over 40 miles this week alone. I was sooo overwhelmed with the quickness of everything I didn't know what to do. But praise the Lord for faithful friends and family who pulled together and somehow moved our entire family in one day. It was difficult for me or Zach to say "sure come on over and do this or that" when we weren't even sure ourselves. So thank you to everyone who did come and help and knew we needed it, no matter what we said! My mom was awesome she pretty much packed my whole house for me! Our GL Cody rounded up all the GL guys and they helped with the big furniture moving. Dan and Jordan Ackerman came and just helped move boxes, a total blessing! Dan our real estate agent brought his truck and moved a few loads for us, he is the most amazing man by the way, we truly deeply love him and his wife. Ben and Maralee and their kids helped us move and made food for everyone to eat, very thoughtful! Stephanie was the real lifesaver of the day. A true friend, she called and said "I am picking the boys up, taking Sloan to his soccer game, taking them all to lunch and to hang out for the day" which she did. Keri and Jeff brought us dinner for two nights knowing we would have no food, which we didn't. Thank you all so much.

So, we are getting settled and loving our new house. It is literally almost double the square footage of our last house. I will post pics soon of all the rooms, but I do have a couple to show you all.

The boys are loving the space they have had their friends Gabriel, Kaleb and Jadon over to play twice and they had so much fun in their giant toy room.

We are thinking about getting some fun family photos together for Christmas cards, but until that happens, check out the pics we took of the boys today at Flaming Geyser State Park.

Today was the annual church picnic for our church, GHCC. It was a lot of fun, there was huge blow up toys for all the kids to play on, massive food galore, volleyball, dodgeball tournament, horseshoes, a wiffle ball tournament, basketball tournament and all kinds of fellowship and games. Team CunninghamRules! did well in the wiffle ball tournament, luckily my brother Corey filled in for me:-) so I guess it was team Cunningham/Adams Rules! Anyway, it was a beautiful day and we were there until about 3:30 this afternoon. Sadly Pastor Dave and Darlene are heading back to Sudan in a couple of days so we had to say our goodbyes to them. I love the annual picnic and just spending time with so many people from our church.

Friday was the first day of the Puyallup fair, so the Keri and I rounded up our gangs and headed down to "do the Puyallup". It was so much fun, I love the fair! We looked at all the animals and ate and ate and ate... cotton candy, scones, curly fries, corn on the cob, crusty pups, pizza, bbq chicken, elephant ears and ice cream cones to name a few! I LOVE the fair, I would go every day if I could while it lasts. All the kids had a great time together and Breanna came too! Saturday the boys had their soccer jamboree and picture day, the weather was beautiful and it was fairly relaxing as far as jamboree days go! Later that day I went down to the urgent care because I haven't been feeling good all week, and come to find out I had strep throat! Yuk! No wonder I felt so horrible. Apparently I am no longer contagious and I am now on antiobiotics. Saturday night at midnight Breanna moved out...sad! I have been dreading this moment and it was worse than I thought it would be. She had to move out though because our new GL was getting ready to move in Sunday! She got offered a full ride scholarship to Seattle U. to play basketball and will be moving up there in about a week, isn't she amazing? Sunday morning I got up with Olivia at the crack of dawn and headed to Seattle to run the Iron Girl. I ran the 5k which is only 3.1 miles, but it still wasn't the funnest thing to be doing with strep throat but I figured "what the heck, I am already signed up". We ran really easy, partly because we couldn't break out of the pack until about halfway, but I think my time was about 27:30, so about an 8:50+ mile, which is fine considering our first mile we felt like we were walking!! Then I headed to church where Pastor Dave was the speaker... he is so amazing, so amazing, I miss him so much. After church we had the GL orientation/bbq where we met our GL Cody! So were at church until like 3pm, than he came home and moved his stuff in. We can already tell he is going to do just fine living with us! He played foozball with the boys in the basement and went out to look at their fort in the woods. We spent last night just talking with him and getting to know him a little better. It is going to be a good year!
